•  Orders ship within 1-2 days of order confirmation. Confirmation emails and tracking updates will be provided via email. 
  • We can cancel your order as long as it hasn't shipped from our warehouse. If your order has already shipped and has left our warehouse, you will need to refuse the package, and have it shipped back to us. Once the package returned, unopened; a refund be issued to the card on file at the time of purchased.
  • If your package has been delivered in an unsatisfactory condition from our end, you have 5 business days from time of delivery to complete an inquiry. We ask you forward photos, videos, etc to our email and we will work quickly to provide the best resolution or refund.
